GWSI is looking for a full-time, experienced Forklift Operator. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to work efficiently and safely to transport, track, store, and load/unload cargo within a global supply chain. The work schedule is Monday – Friday, with the opportunity to earn overtime.
Duties
- Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places
- Working knowledge of RF scan gun
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
- Perform cycle counts as needed
- Identify safety hazards in the workplace
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2+ years forklift experience preferred
- 1 year minimum experience with RF scan gun and warehouse preferred
- Knowledge of various safety handling equipment
- Ability to perform all of the physical requirements including up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test
